Let's take a moment and be grateful I'm not lying on the ground under my bike with a broken hip. Or shoulder. Or both. Cuz I probably would be had I not realized that the sidewalk ahead was covered in ice and not just water. 30 degrees really is too cold for a bike ride.
30 degrees is too cold for anything but sleeping under 4 blankets or hot tubbing.
