Crockpot Jalapeño Beef

This stuff is good! Wrap it in lettuce, tortillas, put it on a bun or over a salad! 


Crockpot Jalapeño Beef

4 lbs beef roast
3 bay leaves
4 cloves garlic
1 7 oz. can pickled jalapeños with juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook overnight on low for dinner the next day. Shred and serve. 

Serves 8 (probably more).
