Why haven't I blogged since December of last year?

That's why. Lennon Scout Douglass. Prioritizing becomes even harder once you have a baby. When Scout was a newborn my priorities after taking care of her were showering, eating, and sleeping. I had a good day if I did all those things. Now before she wakes up in the morning or during her short cat naps I try to workout, cook food, clean, and if I'm lucky get some painting done. We spent last month in Hawaii while Sam interviewed for residency there. This month we're in DC. You can see a couple posts behind this that we were here exactly a year ago. Its weird that I was pregnant with Scout then. Time flies!
